Amazon deleting reviews can suck, but don't fret, there is a back up option. Plenty of sellers will allow you to leave Seller Feedback in place of your item feedback for a partial refund.

What is this for?

Very rarely, Amazon can delete your product feedback. This technically would mean you're ineligible for your full product refund on Hidden Testers. Thankfully we have a work-around 😎. By leaving a seller feedback, you will still be able to get a partial refund (50%-80%); this is up to each seller's discretion.

Lastly, if your review gets deleted, you can always skip this step if you're no longer interested in the item and return it. But, if you want to keep your item still, this guide is for you.

How To Leave Seller Feedback

Go to your Amazon my orders page here.
Find the item you purchased on HT.
Once you've found it click the Leave seller feedback button in the order modal.

Inside the seller feedback page, you will be prompted to rate the seller and their customer service.

You should provide the seller with a review as well as good ratings for their service.

Next, you will add comments on the sellers customer service.

It is best to add a few honest sentences about the seller and your experience to receive your partial refund. Remember, this should remain overall positive.

This is one of the most important steps. Make sure your seller feedback screenshot includes the Buyers Name.
After you have taken your screenshot you can send it to your seller via chat on the Hidden Testers dashboard.
