Your free product is now in the queue. Time to learn the ins and outs of Requested Orders.

Your My Orders Page:

  1. Requested shows you have many outstanding product requests you currently have. These are products that have not yet been approved by sellers.
  2. Ready For Purchase breaks down how many approved orders you currently have outstanding. This means it's go time and you should order the specified product off of Amazon.
  3. In Progress visualizes the current status of an order after the item has been placed on Amazon. There are two stages this could be at:
    1. Wait x days until you can leave your review. This is the amount of days you need to wait from receiving the product until submitting your review on Amazon.
    2. Submit your live review. This is when you will submit a screenshot of your live review for this specific product on Amazon.
  4. Completed shows all of your orders that are complete! This means you have not only received your product from Amazon but also received the full refund for the item.

Headers:

  1. Status shows you the current state of your PBF order. Below are all of the applicable statues:
    1. Order Requested - This is the state in which you are waiting for an Amazon seller to approve your order request.
    2. Ready for Purchase - This occurs once an Amazon seller has approved your order. You are now ready to purchase it off of Amazon.
    3. Wait x Days - This is your wait period before you're able to leave your review on Amazon for an item. This time period is determined by the Amazon seller.
    4. Submit Review - This means you are ready to leave your review on Amazon.
    5. Pending - This is the stage at which your order is pending it's refund. This can take 2-3 days.
    6. Refunded - It's Cash Back time! You're money has now been refunded to your PayPal, and your product is officially free 🎁
  2. Product is the name of the item you are obtaining for free.
  3. Price is the amount you will buy the item for on Amazon and then later get refunded.

Actions For an Approved Order:

It is now time to purchase your product off of Amazon.com. Below we will cover a step-by-step process of how to do so:

  1. Once you are ready to complete your purchase you will click the Ready for Purchase button.

  2. Once your click the button, you will see a modal come up with all of your steps to eventually get you to your product refund. It should look similar to this:

  3. The main section to focus on for completing your current order is the Purchase your approved product section.

  4. You will want to click the highlighted text that ready You can copy it by clicking here. What this will do is copy your search terms needed to find the specific product on Amazon.
    1. Once you have copied the text you will want to open up Amazon and paste your copied text in the search box on top.
    2. For this specific product it looks like the image below. Once you have pasted in your text you will want to click search.

  5. Once you see the search results you will want to start looking for your product. It is important to be patient and wait until you find the exact product. For this keyword example the exact product was number 18 on this page of results. You won't be certain you have found your exact product until you confirm the brand/store names match which we will cover later, but you will be pretty certain based off the images being the same.
  6. This next step is vital, once you find your exact product or so what you think is your exact product you do not want to open the link yet. You should first open Three other random product.
    1. Your tabs should look something like this, with the last product being your actual product you plan on purchasing.

    2. We recommend spending about 10-15 seconds on each product scrolling through the page as you normally would if you were interested in a product to look like you're potentially interested in purchasing this said product.
    3. Out of the Three fake products you open we recommend adding one of them to your cart along with the real product. Once on the cart page you will remove the fake product and check out the real product.
  7. Once you get to your real product tab there are two easy ways to confirm you have found the correct product.
    1. Under your Product Info it will give you the sellers Brand & Store name. The easiest way to verify this information is copying the brand name query and searching for it on the page.
    2. Brand Name: Kungfuking Store.
      1. You can see in this example there were 6 matches on the page confirming that the Brand Name matched.

    3. Once you find your match, along with the image match, you're good to proceed.
  8. Your cart should look something like this with your real product and one fake product.

  9. The last step is simply removing your fake product from cart, and completing the checkout process for the real product.

Uploading the Proper Order Confirmation:

After you complete your purchase of your order on Amazon there is one step left to move your order on to the next level. Uploading your Order Confirmation. To do so you will click the Upload Order Confirmation button on the bottom of the modal. It looks like this.

There are two different kinds of order confirmation screens. The first example shown below will be the WRONG screenshot to upload. The second example will be the CORRECT screenshot to upload.

If you'd like you can blur out ONLY Your Address all other information must be visible for the seller to look up your order and confirm it.

Additional Icons:

  1. The Red X allows you to Cancel an Order Request. This will remove the product from your requested products screen, as well as from the seller side.

  2. The Green Chat Icon allows you to message the seller with this specific product any questions or concerns.

Once you've purchased your item off of Amazon, and successfully uploaded a screenshot of your order confirmation from the correct screen your done with this step! It's time to wait for the review period to pass 😴
