Order Confirmation Upload
This image screenshot is an example of a proper order confirmation upload. As you can see per the highlights it clearly shows the Order Number as well as the Sold By. Without this information the sellers won't be able to properly transfer your order to the next stage.

If the image you upload does not include both the Order Number & Sold By it will be rejected, and you will need to resubmit your order confirmation.
Live Review Upload
This image screenshot is an example of a proper live review upload. This is the email Amazon will send you upon your review going live on Amazon.com. If you upload your review before it has gone on Amazon it will cause implications and halt the refund process.
It is vital you wait to upload your review screenshot until it is live on Amazon 🙂. The easiest way to grab the proper image is taking a screenshot of the confirmation email Amazon sends you upon your review being published.
