Waiting Period:
During this waiting period, there isn't much to do on your end. All of our sellers add a minimum required wait period for their reasons. During this period, we recommend just getting your reviews ready. Once your wait period is over, you're good to leave your reviews on Amazon. The waiting period begins the day your product gets delivered.
On your In Progress
tab, it will display how many days you have to remain until your time has passed and you can leave your reviews for your given product.
Once you click the Wait x Days button, it will give you an exact date you can leave your review.
Examples of Good Reviews:
We highly recommend looking at similar products to find inspiration before leaving your review. For instance, if you were leaving a review for the above Alarm Clock, you would look at similar alarm clock products and the top reviews other buyers have left.
Leaving Your Review:
First
Hidden Testers order, please read this guide for more info 🥳- Off the bat, to ensure the full product refund you want to make sure you leave a review for the product you are reviewing.
- Make sure your review is at least 3 detailed sentences.
- The sentences you write out should describe specifics about the product.
- If you can add an image of the product, it is a nice bonus to the review and usually leads to a higher acceptance rate on Amazon's end.
- Again, to reiterate make sure you have left some 1-4 ⭐reviews for other products on Amazon before going in and leaving your reviews for the free products.
Waiting for Your Review to Go Live:
It is super essential before uploading your review to Hidden Testers you wait for it to go live on Amazon. It usually takes up to 72 hours for Amazon to confirm your review. You will receive an email notification from Amazon once it has been approved.
If you upload a screenshot of a non-live review, your order will be rejected, and you will have to re-upload a new screenshot of your review once it is live.
What does a live review email confirmation look like?
Once your review is live, make sure to take a screenshot of the live review. Below we will breakdown how to do so:
- After taking your screenshot, you will want to head back over to your
In Progress tab
and select theSubmit Live Review
button. - Once you have the modal open, you will click the
Submit Live Review
button. You will then select your screenshot and upload it. - Once you have uploaded the screenshot of your Live Review, you're all done!
What's next?
You did it! It should take 2-3 business days max for the sellers to send you your refunds! If you have any questions or are stuck, you can always chat with the sellers directly.
