Amazon deleting reviews can be due to various different reasons. The most common are:
- You haven't left enough previous 1-4 star reviews.
- You have left too many 5-star reviews in a short time period.
- Amazon may have deleted the product. This would not be on you; this is the seller's fault.
- Your review was not in-depth enough.
Regardless, do not fret; it's okay. This is a common occurrence. To ensure your account is in good standing we recommend trying to leave a random review for an old purchase on Amazon for 1-4 stars. If you can leave a review no problem, you know it was just a specific issue with that product. If you can't leave a review we recommend reaching out to Amazon to find out why they disabled reviews on your account.
The easiest way to solve this issue if reviews are in fact disabled for your account is by creating a new Amazon prime account. If you haven't yet checked out our guide regarding leaving reviews we recommend doing so here Leaving The Perfect Review
If Amazon has removed the product, meaning you can no longer find it, you should first reach out to the seller on the HT platform via chat to ask them for any advice. They may have you leave seller feedback or something similar to receive your refund still.
If they don't provide you with a way to receive a refund, we recommend returning the item to Amazon for a full refund. This is a rare occurrence but is part of the game.
The reason sellers are willing to give away these products for free is due to you leaving them a review! The more reviews a product has on Amazon, the more organic sales they will receive.
Any seller using our platform believes it is worth it for them to giveaway x units of a product away for free in return for positive reviews on their product.
From your My Orders page, you should see a chat icon next to each of your orders. Clicking this chat icon will initiate a chat with the seller on our platform. Here you can ask them anything from questions about the product to leaving the best review.
Changing regions is super easy! All you need to do is head over to your profile here and select the country drop-down. There you will be able to select from any of the available regions.

In simple terms, we have partnered up with various sellers on Amazon looking to offer free products on Amazon in return for reviews!
You can view all in-stock products for your pre-selected region (which you can change here) on our product catalog here. Once you find a product you'd to obtain for free, all you need to do is click "Request Order."
Once your Amazon seller reviews your order request and approves it, you will get a Discord & SMS notification letting you know you're able to purchase your item off Amazon.
To summarize the remaining steps, once your item is delivered from Amazon, you will wait a specified amount of days before leaving your review. Once your review is live on Amazon, you will submit a screenshot of the review to your seller via the HT dashboard. Upon the seller verifying your review, they will submit your refund via PP. It usually takes 2-4 business days for your refund to hit your account after you have submitted your review via the dashboard.

Amazon is super inconsistent when it comes to publishing reviews. Generally, Amazon states reviews should go live within 72 hours. We have seen some unique cases where reviews can take up to 1-2 weeks to go live.

If Amazon doesn't publish your review within 1-2 weeks, I would reach out to them asking if there is any update from their end.

If you still can't find the item after a couple of minutes, we recommend reaching out to your seller via chat on the dashboard, and they will be able to assist you further.

If you uploaded the wrong screenshot it's super easy to swap it out. If you click either your view order confirmation icon or your upload live review icon, you should see an UPLOAD NEW FILE button. This will all be done from the My Orders page. After clicking the button, upload the correct screenshot and the seller will be notified immediately.
First off, congrats on having your first product approved! Placing your order on Amazon is pretty straightforward. I would send all the instructions here, but it may be a bit long. We have a full guide here on how to place your first order.

Amazon will allow you to purchase items from different Amazon regions. We recommend exploring some of the available regions we support here to see if any of these regions support delivery to yours.
You may see a small increase on shipping for the item (sellers will not refund this charge), but if an item is expensive enough to make the refund worth paying a couple of bucks for shipping, you should definitely check it out!
Although we wish you should order 100 products a month, it wouldn't be sustainable. Amazon has recently started becoming a bit more strict regarding product reviews, so to ensure your account stays in good standing, we limit your account to 4 orders per 30 days (rolling).
We have since implemented an option to add additional Amazon accounts. Simply click Switch Amazon Profile and you will be able to add additional accounts ($9.99 per month per account added) that will give you 4 extra orders per account.
This one is very quick and easy to do. Simply go to your dashboard, click on "View Amazon Profile Screenshot," and then click on UPLOAD NEW FILE, located below your old screenshot.
